Have you read this empowering book yet?

If you haven't read Bruce Jenner's book, Finding The Champion Within, I suggest you do.

(In case you haven't heard of Bruce, he earned the title "World's Greatest Athlete" when he scored 8,634 points in the decathlon at the 1976 Olympic games. In fact, you may have already seen him, since he has appeared on the Wheaties cereal box as an endorser.)

All I can say is I loved the book so much that I read it a couple of times.

Here's one of my favorite quotes from the book:
